Need a part we don’t have?
If your prop is listed in Shop by Prop, send us the prop name, the part you need, and any measurements you have. If it isn’t listed, clear photos and measurements are especially helpful.
Please read before requesting a part
We’re happy to help with parts we make or can reasonably source. That includes replacement brackets, joints, connectors, body caps and covers, smaller support pieces, power cords, and other replaceable items that can be reproduced or purchased from a supplier.
Some original manufacturer parts are much harder to get. We generally cannot supply large metal frame pieces, support poles, main frame bars, full original body shells, torsos, heads, or other large molded body pieces. These parts usually are not available to us as separate replacement parts and are not practical for us to reproduce.
You can still request one. If we do not have the part and cannot currently source it, we can keep the request on our Requested Parts list so we know what people need and can revisit it if a source or replacement becomes available.

What we make in-house
When a replacement part or accessory is a Halloween Parts design, I design and make it myself here in Michigan. I specialize in brackets, joints, connectors, caps and covers, smaller support pieces, and other hard-to-find parts that can be recreated or improved.
