Answers to common questions about fit, installation, shipping, returns and custom Halloween parts.

Will this part fit my prop?

Every product page lists the prop or model the item is designed to fit. Compare your original part, attachment points and product photos before ordering. Halloween props can change between production years and versions, so contact us if anything looks different.

Are your products made by the original prop manufacturer?

No. Halloween Parts is independent. When a replacement part or accessory is a Halloween Parts design, I design and make it myself in-house here in Michigan. Brand and prop names are used only to identify fit.

What are the parts made from?

It depends on the item. I choose materials based on what the part needs to do. Some repairs also use metal hardware or other ready-made components. The product page lists material details when they are useful to the customer.

Can these products stay outside?

Many items are intended for normal seasonal outdoor display use, but weather, wind, sunlight, temperature and installation all matter. Follow the prop manufacturer’s safety guidance, use the proper anchors or support cables and bring removable accessories inside during severe weather.

How difficult is installation?

It varies. Some pieces can be replaced in a few minutes and some repairs require taking part of the prop apart. Read the product page, check the photos and keep the original hardware when possible. If something does not look right, ask before forcing it.

When will my order ship?

Orders ship according to the processing and delivery estimates shown at checkout. Tracking is provided when available. October gets busy, so ordering early is recommended.

What is your return policy?

Please review our Refund Policy before ordering. Fit depends on the exact prop and sometimes the production version, so compare your original component with the listing photos first.

Do you make parts that are not listed?

Yes. Visit Request a Part. If the prop is already listed in Shop by Prop, send the prop name and clear photos of the part. If the prop is not listed, sending us the original broken part is the best way for me to get accurate measurements. If that is not possible, I can still review clear photos and measurements.

Do you only make parts for giant props?

No. I work on Halloween props and animatronics of all sizes.

Can you copy an existing seller’s design?

No. I can work from your broken original prop component or develop a new accessory idea, but I do not copy another independent maker’s protected design.
